Long frames
Long-side frames sawn at both ends, with drainage holes, mounting holes and grounding marks punched in one pass.
Solar panel aluminium frame manufacturer · Meerut, U.P., India
Translam Industries LLP manufactures long and short frames for photovoltaic modules on a fully automated CNC line. Every frame is cut from Anodized aluminium profile, sawn to ±0.1 mm and punched in one pass.
About us
We supply solar module makers with ready-to-assemble aluminium frames. Our automatic line feeds, saws, punches and embosses each profile under CNC control, so every batch matches the drawing.
Every frame is cut from Anodized aluminium profile. Long frames, short frames with corner connectors installed, and custom sections are all produced in-house.
What we make
1500 – 2600 mm
Long-side frames sawn at both ends, with drainage holes, mounting holes and grounding marks punched in one pass.
800 – 1500 mm
Short-side frames supplied with corner connectors inserted and riveted automatically on the line.
90° · up to 140 mm
Aluminium corner keys cut on a CNC corner-connector saw, twelve pieces per cycle, with no excess material.
To your drawing
Frames made to the client's own drawing: profile, length, cut angle and hole layout programmed for your module.
How a frame is made
One CNC line handles the whole job. Each operation can run alone or in combination, and programs are loaded straight from the engineering drawing.

Anodized aluminium profiles up to 7.5 m are placed on the automatic feeder, which separates them into pairs.
A servo-driven rack feed clamps and advances each profile. Height-adjustable rollers keep the anodized surface free of scratches.
Two pieces are cut at once at 35°, 45°, 55° or 90°, to ±0.1 mm length and ±0.5° angle.
Conveyors and vacuum collection carry aluminium chips and offcuts away from the cut parts.
Drainage holes, mounting holes and grounding marks are punched together in one integrated station.
Two-way embossing to ±0.1 mm. On short frames, corner connectors are inserted and riveted automatically.
Sensors check every finished frame for correct length and for the presence of each hole.
Finished frames are stacked in order and packed for dispatch to the module line.
Inside the plant
Two dedicated CNC lines, one for long frames and one for short frames, plus a CNC corner-connector saw.

Stores 4–7.5 m profiles and feeds them at equal or unequal spacing by program, on servo motor and precision rack drive.

Cuts both ends at once at 35°, 45°, 55° and 90°, with two conveyors and two vacuum units for chips.

Drainage hole, mounting hole and grounding mark punched together. Moulds change in 5–10 minutes.

Separates and embosses workpieces automatically and installs corner connectors on short frames.

Ø500 mm blade, touch-screen length entry and automatic profile feed for high-volume 90° corner keys.

One control host coordinates every station, shows live counts and parameters, and stores programs.
Quality
Solar frames spend decades outdoors. We check the material before it enters the line and every frame before it leaves.
